Wiga is a fortune-teller debuted in the episode And the Psychic Shakedown.
Biography[]
When Caroline was submitting her grant in the post, Wiga tempts her to come into her shop and let her predict her future. She first tells Caroline that she is going to be alone for the rest of her life. The girls both come back to her and instead of giving them their money back, she curses them with bad luck. Finally the girls come back one last time and she says she sees children and a neutral family in her future. She still insists that Caroline will die alone and they both leave the shop.
